We're very pleased to announce that the new Purple platform will be moved out of beta and live within the next 24 hours! This will then be your customers' default view when they login to Purple.


Faster, smarter and familiar
The new platform has been rebuilt from the ground up with a brand new user interface, but you'll find the functionality easy to use with a hugely improved user experience. Our reporting capabilities have evolved into a true enterprise-class analytics solution giving your customers unlimited customization of their guest WiFi data.




Use the new Purple platform to generate revenue
The new Purple platform presents a huge sales opportunity. Our product offering is now miles ahead of the competition and we want to work with you to bring in new opportunities that benefit both of us.
We will be sending out invitations for webinars shortly, but you can also get in touch with your Partner Success Manager who will be able to take you through the new platform.




Key Dates moving forward


New platform launch - Within the next 24 hours [from 8th Jane 2019]
Sunset of legacy platform - March 29th, 2019


You and your customers can still return to the legacy platform via the return icon in the top right until March 29th 2019.


The new platform is currently only available at customer level. 




A reminder that if your customers want to continue verifying their WiFi users via SMS beyond January 11th, 2019, they will need to have Twilio in place.


If your customers currently use the SMS marketing functionality in Purple to engage with their customers and visitors, they will still be able to do this until January 31st, 2019, at which point this will also transition over to Twilio. The fair usage policy will continue to be in place during this time.

In the Purple platform you'll notice a feedback tab on the right hand side. We encourage you and your customers to use this to make feature requests and to let us know what you think of the new platform. We've also provided a roadmap to show you some of the things we'll be working on in 2019.
