How do I raise a support issue?

To log a support request please open the chat from the icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

One of our team will take details and offer solutions to any queries you may have or any technical issues you have encountered. After the chat concludes, a ticket will be generated on our system and you will receive an email with the unique ticket reference number.


You can return to support.purplewifi.net to chat with us about that or any further issue, or simply reply to the email we sent when your ticket was created.
