I’d like to log in to the Purple Portal, but have not received my login

If you have completed the registration process for providing a Purple WiFi service for your venue and have not received details of how to login to your Purple Portal, or are generally having problems logging in, then please raise a ticket.

Note: If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Junk E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
